The
following terms apply to all contracts issued by us:
Payment
and Cancellation fees
1.
General payment terms:
a.
All payments are due in full 10 (ten) business days
prior to services rendered unless other prior financial
arrangements have been approved by us.
b. Some reservation requests may have a ten percent
(10%) deposit with confirmation of the reservation.
Remaining payment is always due 10 (ten) business days
prior to service is rendered.
Please
read your contract before signing it.
2. Cancellation policy:
a. All cancellations must be at least 10 business days
prior to scheduled service to ensure full refund.
Cancellations are refundable:
10 days or more - 100% refund
8 to 9 days prior to service - 90% refund
5 to 7 days prior to service - 50% refund
All cancellation 5 days or less prior to service will be
charged in full.
Any
and all valid cancellations will be reflected in the
invoice statement and deducted appropriately. Any money
due, if any, will be refunded to the booking agent or
agency only.
WE
RESERVE THE RIGHT TO CHANGE PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION
TERMS ON YOUR INDIVIDUAL RESERVATION REQUEST. ALL
CHANGES ON YOUR CONTRACT ARE FINAL AND WILL OVERWRITE
PAYMENT AND CANCELLATION FEES LISTED ABOVE.
General
Regulation
1.
Client is responsible for special cleaning and any
damages done to interior during the charter.
2.
All rates include 1 (one) large suitcase per person and
1 (one) regular size carry one bag.
3.
No smoking / food / beverages / alcohol or gum are
allowed on any vehicle. Cleaning fee: $250
4.
Department of transportation regulation requires a
maximum driving or on duty time for a single driver: 550
miles, 10 hours driving, or 12 hours on duty.
5.
We reserve the right to subcontract any part of your
service and / or upgrade your vehicle on any services.
6.
We will not
be responsible for any damage, expense or inconvenience
caused by late arrivals or departure or change of
schedule, nor will we be responsible for the loss of
theft or damage, delay due to sickness, labor disputes,
machinery breakdowns, government restraints, weather, or
any causes beyond our control. We reserve the right to decline or accept or to
retain any person as a member of a group at any time
before and during the tour and to cancel any service
without prior notice.
7.
Each traveler is responsible for informing
himself/herself as to the risk of physical injury, if
any, of travel on the bus and assumes all risks with
respect to such travel.
8.
Maximum waiting time on transfer service is 30 (thirty)
minutes without additional charges.
9.
On overnight charters, the client is responsible for the
drivers hotel accommodation.
